South Padre Island Schlitterbahn (SB trip #9 for summer 2014)

Compared to New Braunfels.... the SPI Schlitterbahn is smaller and the rides are much shorter... we were able to do most of the park in 4 hours.  The lines were also shorter.

and the lines.... you never have to get out of the water! you line up IN your tube IN the water.

They also have a full bar down there. You can get Dippin' Dots, chicken wings AND a Tito's and tonic from the same guy.
