I can't recommend the zoysia. it sure doesn't look like that any more.
the big selling feature was the deep roots will require little/no water.... well, we have no soil, it's just rock. it would require constant watering and does not like foot traffic.
I can see we will eventually be opposite from the pics above. we now have green plants bordering the path (natives that require NO water) and will probably put stone on the path.

Was wondering how the zeon was doing and if you still liked it? We are in Austin and looking to re-sod and the zeon looks really nice.
