cedar fever

the guys have really been making some progress with the cedar siding.
I think the stone mason will start his magic pretty soon.

it's local limestone. it's supposed to have some lueder thrown in to give it the ocasional hint of brown/grey.

I spent a lot of time visiting stone yards and taking pix of other folks stone. the one I really liked is a strip rock. but that has to get trucked in and is not local (2x the $) I think I'm going to be very happy with what we are getting. speaking to a stone mason also helped to get this sorted.

How much stone are you using, and what kind? I'm going to be building soon and am considering stone.
